Salary profile of SSC CHSL posts Shared Information from Experts

Staff Selection Commission has a variety of jobs to be offered by conducting competitive job exams for the concerned posts. It holds exams like SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, SSC MTS, etc. The exam which is opted by most of the applicants is SSC CHSL as it is open for undergraduates and the level of difficulty is normal. Cracking this exam will not be hard but if you were a below average student in your tenth exam than you need lot of hard work and dedication. According to 7th pay omission the salary of clerks has seen a rise which is none less than another perk for the candidates.
The salary is calculated in three parts as Basic Pay, Gross Salary and total salary or in hand. The salary remains the same for SSC CHSL posts till the next Pay commission.
Some SSC CHSL Posts are LDC Clerk, SSC LDC Auditor, SSC Postal Assistant, SSC MTS (Multitasking Officer).

SSC CHSL:  Salary of Clerk, Auditor, Postal Assistant, MTS:

The scale of pay for these posts will be 5200 to 20200 for the lower divisional clerk and postal assistant and sorting assistant post. Now it has been updated to more than 22000 rupees with gross salary of Rs 22000 to 26000.
Grade Pay is Rs. 1900 which will be added to the other salary perks of the employee. The salary increment will be given after the pay commission revision.

SSC LDC Pay Scale with SSC Other Post:-

The SSC Pay Scale in clerical Posts are Different as there are more than three category of clerks that lies these are as follows :
  1. SSC Lower Divisional Clerk.
  2. SSC Auditor or Junior Auditor.
  3. SSC Multi Tasking Services (MTS).
  4. SSC Postal Assistant.
